  • What is a building survey?

    A building survey is a full health check for your property and provides detailed and comprehensive reporting relating to its structural condition as well as advising on any defects present, and repair or maintenance requirements.

  • Who will need a building survey?

    Building surveys are most commonly conducted for buyers pre-purchase, or for incoming tenants prior to taking on a new lease. They can also be conducted for owners and occupiers wanting to know the condition of their property prior to sale or renovation, or at any time in the property’s lifespan to give an in-depth understanding of its structural state and condition.

  • Does my property need a building survey?

    Surveys are suitable for every type of property and are particularly recommended for older, larger or non-traditional premises’, those that have been extensively altered or those with major conversion or renovation work planned.

  • What kind of surveys does KCC offer?

    We offer full structural building surveys and condition reports for all types of commercial and residential property. We are unable to offer home-buyers reports as we don’t feel they provide enough detailed information for our clients.
