In our role working with CORC, we will provide unbiased surveyors inspection, report and commentary of roofing projects in order to settle any disputes that arise between client and roofing contractor. The working at height training members of our team have undertaken and utilisation of drone technology ensures inspection are both thorough and safe.
Our fees are flexible, tailored to suit our client’s needs and are based on a number of factors including roof / project size, location, type, extent of our involvement (e.g. number of visits needed), and safe access requirements. We are happy to charge either hourly, daily or lump sum fixed fee rates.
