James is a Building Surveying graduate from Kingston University who will join our building surveying department from January 2019. A strong background in computing, volunteering and customer service, combined with an excellent skillset in CAD, NBS specification and JCT contracts, make James a valuable addition to team.
In his role he will support our Head of Building Surveying and the wider team on building project works for both commercial and residential clients undertaking all kinds of design and project management services, alongside our day to day building surveys, schedules of condition, party wall and dilapidation works.
We look forward to welcoming James to Kempton Carr Croft and supporting him through his journey to become a Chartered Building Surveyor following the RICS commercial pathway as he completes his APC.
Nick Dixon, head of Building Surveying at Kempton Carr Croft comments:
James brings an excellent attitude and an exciting skillset to KCC that will add to our flourishing building projects and professional services offering for the benefit of our clients. I am confident he will prove to be a great asset to the firm and I look forward to supporting him on the path to become a Chartered Surveyor.
