Maidenhead premises acquired for Poppies day nursery

Working with our clients at Poppies Day Nurseries, our commercial acquisitions team were given the brief to find a new childcare premises in Maidenhead that would allow them to continue to provide high quality education and care.  

Following a comprehensive, briefing, short listing and viewing process with our commercial agency team, Poppies is set to move into the purpose built Cliveden Nursery near Maidenhead which comprises 4,900 sq ft space over two floors with a large outdoor play area and secure first floor terrace. 

The Maidenhead premises has been taken on a 15 year lease and is the sixth site for Poppies Day Nurseries which already operated in Bourne End, Old Winsor, Marlow, Beaconsfield and Holmer Green.

The premises was marketed by agents GCW on behalf of Sorbon Estates.
