2018 has been a year of change for Kempton Carr Croft. With lots of newcomers and role changes within our team, we’ve compiled this summary to bring you up to speed.

Leadership

Rob Kerrigan and Jane Holmes took over from Michael Carr and Malcolm Kempton to become Directors of the firm in May 2018 and are delighted to welcome some key new members of staff to strengthen the firm’s service offerings and implement the strategy for its next phase of growth as Kempton Carr Croft enters its 33rd year.

Welcome to our new starters and an overview of the role changes at KCC

Our thriving loan security valuation team welcomes two new experienced surveyors in the form of Tom Shrives from Sneller commercial and David Jones who both joined us in July 2018. Sian Pearce is our new senior administrator in the team.

Experienced property manager and former international gymnast, Josh Barringer joins us from Deriaz Campsie to replace Julie Thorpe as Property Manager in our general practice team.

Our Building Surveying team will have new leadership in the form of Nick Dixon who joins us from Ridge & Partners LLP in September 2018 as Kayleigh Hillier returns on a part time basis from maternity leave.

Graham King joined our business operations team full time in May to fill the role of IT strategy and CRM Manager.

Following the announcement that Rob Kerrigan will take over as Managing Director and Jane Holmes as Financial Director and Company Secretary, Malcolm Kempton and Michael Carr will be working on a consultancy basis for the business.

We’d like to wish all of our new starters the best of luck and a successful transition into their new roles.
