The agency team at Kempton Carr Croft specialise in the disposal and acquisition of commercial property. With over 100 combined years in the industry between them, what they don’t know about leases, availability and new instructions in the markets we operate in, isn’t worth knowing.
With agents experienced in land sales, complex residential and commercial developments, office, industrial , mixed use and retail sites, the team bring a reliable, accredited and pro-active approach to commercial sales, lettings, acquisitions and negotiations.
Below, Mitchell Brooks, Head of Agency for Kempton Carr Croft, provides his market commentary for November 2018 followed by just some of the commercial sales and commercial lettings completed by Kempton Carr Croft this year.
The commercial market remains active despite the time of year and we are seeing strong levels of interest on all types of freeholds be it office, retail & industrial for owner occupation or investment, development & land. We continue to see industrial rents & yields harden which we are also seeing on investment opportunities generally.
Demand for Industrial leasehold opportunities remains strong with supply continuing to be an issue, this in turn continues to push industrial rents up – simple supply and demand. Many clients are seeing notable increases in their rents received following a lease event or re-letting of their industrial units.
My team are always happy to advise on any specific concerns or questions you may in relation to rents, availability and commercial stock in the region. Please get in touch using our contact form.
