Kempton Carr Croft has successfully secured the off-market sale of a 27,621 st ft modern industrial unit at Wooburn Green Industrial Park, High Wycombe. The agency department completed the deal in recent weeks.
The low-height unit is situated within a small estate of five modern warehouse units, which Kempton Carr Croft has also secured the management of on an ongoing basis.
In addition, the agency team has agreed further lettings on three out of the four vacant units, which range from 5,579 sq ft. to 11,270 sq ft. Now just one unit remains available to let.
