We have just completed the sale of our commercial property in High Wycombe thanks to Mitchell Brooks of KCC who has been extremely professional throughout, keeping us updated at all times, working hard to find the right purchasers for the property & seeing the deal through to the end, we very much appreciate his conscientious approach & great experience that made the sale happen.
Our warehouse lease process was assigned to Kempton Carr Croft property agent Luke Bennett. Completion took longer than anticipated, and it was down to a few required procedures from the landlord’s side. During the delay, Luke was quite responsive and easy to reach out to. This communication gave us comfort to know where we are and continue to wait for completion. We are now settling in the new warehouse, and thanks to all the support we had from Luke.
