Our Chartered Building Surveyors were instructed by Polly Comber to undertake a Structural Survey on a residential property that she was purchasing in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. Polly kindly shared some feedback about her experience;

Our warehouse lease process was assigned to Kempton Carr Croft property agent Luke Bennett. Completion took longer than anticipated, and it was down to a few required procedures from the landlord’s side. During the delay, Luke was quite responsive and easy to reach out to. This communication gave us comfort to know where we are and continue to wait for completion. We are now settling in the new warehouse, and thanks to all the support we had from Luke.
