Kempton Carr Croft have been an integral part of helping me to build my property portfolio. I was able to instruct them very early on in my property venture and outlined what I hoped to achieve in terms of my property assets.

After an in-depth meeting with two of their surveyors they were able to provide me with advice relating to owning properties for investment purposes, as well as the detail and potential difficulties of managing properties. They were keen for me to understand all aspects of the process, from choosing the correct properties to purchase, to the best way to let and manage them.

Kempton Carr Croft undertook detailed building surveys on a number of properties for me and not only advised me on the buildings themselves, but also their suitability for letting and rental income. In fact, there were a number of properties that I did not purchase due to the advice received from Kempton Carr Croft. This enabled me to reduce the potential risks involved and to buy properties that both myself and Kempton Carr Croft were confident with.

Kempton Carr Croft now manage my property portfolio. They deal with every aspect of the process, from Lettings, to dealing with urgent and planned repairs. They liaise directly with my tenants, handle all deposits and other monies, and account to me regularly.

Their building surveying department works alongside their property management department, meaning that some maintenance issues have been resolved by them in-house rather than the need to employ additional services.

I could not manage this business without the amazing support that Kempton Carr Croft give to me. I had thought in the beginning that I might have been able to handle the workload myself but it soon became clear that it was time consuming and complicated and needed specialist management.

Everyone in the property management team is first class in the services that they provide to me and nothing is too much trouble. We have had a couple of crisis situations and on-going insurance issues and I have felt relieved and relaxed in the knowledge that Kempton Carr had all matters in hand.
