“Michael Carr attended my intended unit in West Drayton and gave a comprehensive and detailed report including photographs of the entire unit inside and out including the roof. The report was sent to me within 3 days of the survey being done on a 10,500 square foot industrial unit C/W office facilities. He was able to highlight 3 major concerns, of which one is considered a fire hazard. We were able to challenge the Landlord and their solicitors successfully, in getting the needed repair work done by them at their cost. There was also several minor defects that we had missed that he made us aware of.
