- Transactional data: ie details of goods and services purchased from you and payments made

- Contracts authorised by you with your name on

We use this data to effect the purchase of goods and services.
The lawful bases for this processing are those of:
Performance of or the entry into a contract; and
Compliance with legal obligations.

We use the following data processors to process your data on our behalf (this list is not exhaustive):
- Microsoft – provides our email service (Outlook)
- Mimecast – provides our email archive service
- Datto – provides a cloud-based back-up service for data stored on our server
- Xero – cloud-based accounting system
- Bank – for payments to you
