Paula Harrington & Adrian Bailey join Kempton Carr Croft

Welcome Paula and Adrian

We would like to wish a warm welcome to Paula Harrington and Adrian Bailey who have joined Kempton Carr Croft’s General Practice and Loan Security Valuation teams respectively.

Paula Harrington MRICS, Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer

Paula joined us at the end of June as a General Practice Surveyor. Paula studied Valuation & Estate Management at Bristol Polytechnic and became a certified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in January 2001.

Bringing over 20 years’ experience in surveying roles, Paula will focus on Landlord & Tenant matters, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals & Valuations work.

Adrian Bailey BSc (Hons) MRICS, Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer

Adrian studied Land Management at Reading University, gained his MRICS status from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in June 2005. Joining us as a Valuer in July 2016, he brings ten years of nationwide valuation experience for a variety of portfolio management, professional negligence and asset management work.

In his role Adrian will conduct valuations for many high street and short term lenders across commercial, residential and development property.
