Kempton Carr Croft is looking to recruit a Building Surveyor, reporting to the Managing Director. The Surveyor will be working within a team of six, in a firm of over twenty fee earning professionals.
Kempton Carr Croft’s offering is unique. With eight offices and a portfolio spanning the South East, Kempton Carr Croft has the ability to be flexible on where the Building Surveyor is based. Whilst being within commutable distance from the head office in Maidenhead is required, remote and home working is fully supported.

With a diverse and loyal client base, their instructions range from a single property inspection to overseeing million pound projects. Other than the day-to-day fee earning work, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop new business for the Building Surveying Team as well as the wider business.
It is essential that you are qualified as a member of RICS with at least 5 years’ post qualification experience and have experience in undertaking a variety of building surveying work including, but not restricted to, residential and commercial building surveys, party wall awards, dilapidation schedules, management and monitoring of dilapidations works, overseeing of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works, office and commercial property fit outs, contract administration, co-ordinating tenders for work and site inspection and monitoring of works on behalf of clients and funders.
