Sadly, several of Kempton Carr Croft’s team have faced losses of close family and friends due to Stroke this year. We would like to highlight Stuart Birkett’s story and his plans to run the London Marathon in memory of his father Doug, to raise funds for the Stroke Association on 28th April 2019. Stuart is a very close friend of Simon Mills, our head of Loan Security Valuations.

Click here to view Stuart’s fund raising page and make a donation to the Stroke Association that will help to fund:

  • Stroke research – to help preventative and rehabilitative work
  • Life after stroke services

The impact of strokes

Strokes occur when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off.  This can lead to devastating effects including physical, emotional and communication challenges for survivors, and in severe cases, death.

How can you help
