LPA Receivership

We undertake a wide variety of LPA Receivership work on both commercial and residential property. We cover a wide geographical area and undertake instructions throughout England and Wales. We consider we are uniquely placed to offer a comprehensive receivership service due to the wide range of skills available within the practice not only in connection with the administration of receivership duties but also for the additional services which are often required, including marketing, management and building surveying. Many of the properties which are repossessed require additional work or in some cases are partially completed developments. Coping with these difficult situations is one of our primary strengths.

In addition, due to the ability of the firm to be able to undertake these services in house so we can keep costs to a minimum. This is especially important where the outstanding loan to value ratio may be poor.
