We provide a comprehensive commercial and residential property management service. General management duties usually include the following:-
- Collection of rent and ground rents
- Supervision of minor repairs
- Regular inspections of the property to gauge state of repair
- Collection of service charges, if applicable
- Arranging annual audit of service charge accounts
- Annual service charge budgets
- Liaison with tenants and dispute resolution as appropriate
- Collection of insurance premiums
- Organisation of regular inspections of common parts within the property
- Preparation of annual service charge accounts in preparation for audits
- Service Charge budgeting and implementation including serving of relevant notices and a detailed knowledge of residential service charge procedures
- Planned maintenance schedules together with maintenance budgets
- Appointment and management of residential letting/sales agents
The management surveyors are supported by an in-house qualified accountancy team. The services provided take the strain and stress out of owning property for investment purposes and can be tailored to the needs of individual clients.
