Town Planning:
The property is located in the Green Belt and just outside the southern boundary of the recognised settlement of Holyport, as set out in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Local Plan. In January 2008 the Royal Borough agreed to undertake, as part of the Local Development Framework, a Green Belt Review. This followed a recommendation by the Inspector in his final report from the Examination in Public and as part of the Review the Borough have set up a Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).

The subject land at Holyport has been submitted for consideration as part of the SHLAA. There is no recent planning history on the subject land.
