Graduate Surveyor Katie Hillier has recently been awarded her professional status after successfully completing her assessment of professional competence (APC). Katie works within the Building Surveying team where she hopes to become a specialist in residential building surveys.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) offer structured APC qualification programmes that provide surveyors with the practical learning, experience and training required to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor. The accolade is usually completed over 23 months culminating in a final interview assessment.
RICS regulates the profession, is responsible for setting professional standards, protects clients and consumers, and provides continuous training requirements required to deliver the highest standards of quality and service for the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.
