Julie Thorpe joins ARLA, The Association of Residential Letting Agents
Julie Thorpe, Assistant Property Manager at Kempton Carr Croft has joined the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) after successfully completing her Level 2 Award in Residential Property Management.
ARLA is the UK’s foremost professional body for residential lettings and property management agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in residential lettings throughout the UK.
Julie’s new qualification further enhances the experienced property management team and Chartered Surveyors at Kempton Carr Croft. They manage over 88 sites and a total over 215 units ranging from stand-alone buildings to large industrial sites across Windsor, Maidenhead and the surrounds.
The award is nationally recognised in the property industry and meets the requirements to become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). After ten years of working in the residential property sector, Julie began working towards the qualification just under 6 months ago and was accredited on 28th July 2016.
