Graduate Growth at Kempton Carr Croft
Kempton Carr Croft has boosted its property graduate ranks by two this year following the recruitment of Katie Hillier and Chris Kempton.
Katie Hillier completed a degree in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University and currently works within the property management department whilst supporting the building surveying and valuation teams to complete her APC. She would like to specialise in residential building surveys and has a keen interest in planning and drawing work.
Chris Kempton completed a degree in Sustainable Build Environment at the University of Nottingham, and a Masters in Building Surveying at Kingston University. He will also work alongside each area of the business to complete his APC. His main interests are building pathology and sustainability.

Both Katie and Chris follow the footsteps of family members by joinng the firm. Katie’s sister Kayleigh Hillier joined as a graduate back in 2009 and has gone on to become an integral member of the building surveying department. Chris joins his father and business owner, Malcolm Kempton to start his career in property.
