Doug Guild qualifies as a Chartered Surveyor
Kempton Carr Croft is delighted to announce the qualification of Doug Guild as a Chartered Surveyor.
Doug Guild MRICS, was awarded his professional status on 12th November 2014 after successfully completing the two year assessment of professional competence (APC) programme run by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Doug is an active member of the commercial agency department at Kempton Carr Croft and joins a large and multi-disciplined team of Chartered Surveyors to offer independent service and advice on commercial and residential property matters across London and the South.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) offer structured APC qualification programmes that provide surveyors with the practical learning, experience and training required to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor. The accolade is usually completed over 23 months culminating in a final interview assessment.
