The site was sold on behalf of a family who had owned and run the site as a Builders Yard for a number of decades. The site was sold on a “Subject to Planning Basis”, with the successful Developer achieving a Consent for 7 residential units.
10 Longworth Drive, Maidenhead.
This site was sold on an Unconditional basis on behalf
of a local developer who had already obtained a Detailed
Planning Consent for a scheme of 7 luxury flats opposite
the River Thames in Maidenhead. The site was tendered
to a shortlist of Developers, with exchange of contracts
taking place 9 days after contracts were issued to the
highest bidder.
7,8 & 9 Bridge Avenue,
Maidenhead.
The sites were sold on behalf of three individual owners on an unconditional basis. The three existing buildings have consent for offices and were sold with a view to redeveloping either on a residential or commercial basis. In the meantime, Kempton Carr have subsequently let all three buildings on behalf of the new owners to provide short term income.

This site was sold on behalf of South Bucks District Council as part of their office move to new purpose-built offices in Denham. Outline Planning Consent had been achieved in approximately for a scheme of up to 192 flat units on up to 8 storeys. Bids were invited from approximately 20 developers, and after a series of meetings KingsOak Thames Valley were chosen as the preferred Developer.
Delta Motor Co., Grenfell

This site was sold on behalf of the Proprietors of Delta Motor Company on an Unconditional Basis. We were heavily involved in achieving an Outline Planning Consent for up to 90 flats. Bids were invited from approximately 20 Developers on an Unconditional Basis. After a series of meetings and further negotiations, Laing Homes Thames Valley purchased the site.
Old Kiln Industrial Estate,
Malders Lane, Pinkneys Green.
This site was sold on behalf of the family who had owned
the freehold of the industrial estate and had let the
units to local businesses for a number of decades. We
became involved with the site a number of years ago
when we provided an initial site appraisal and assembled
a team of architects and planning consultants to prepare
a Planning Application for a residential scheme. As
the site was located within the Green Belt the scheme
had to be designed in a manner which was sympathetic
to the area, whilst maintaining the best possible market
value for the site. An Outline Consent was obtained
for seven residential units, and tendered to approximately
15 developers, Hodson Developments eventually purchased
the site at a price of £2.75 million.
Moor Road, Farnborough.
Catholic Church. The site had previously been a Church
building with associated premises and detailed Planning
Consent had been obtained for 24 units. Due to the charitable
status of the Catholic Church a full national marketing
campaign was undertaken and unconditional offers sought.We
received approximately twelve unconditional bids from
national and regional housebuilders. The highest offer
was from Wimpey Homes Ltd and sold at approximately
£1,350,000.
