Malcolm has over 25 years experience in the property world, working for a number of large commercial development and management companies, including Trafalgar House plus County and District Properties before setting up this practice.

His extensive commercial sector knowledge covers management, valuations and development. Malcolm has responsibility for the Commercial Agency Department, as well as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewal negotiations.

Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Member of the Expert Witness Institute.Michael has acted as an Expert Witness for more than 25 years and has recent experience of giving evidence and being cross examined in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals, County Court, Lands Tribunal, and  has previously given evidence at the High Court.

David is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has previous working experience with building contractors, Building Control and in private practice. He undertakes building surveys and valuations of both commercial and residential properties.

David gives advice on other building surveying matters including dilapidations and Party Wall issues. He is also involved in the design, specification and inspection of building work and the administration of building contracts. David Jones is based at our Windsor Office.

David has over twenty years experience in the commercial property market having worked for two leading practices in the Thames Valley, prior to joining Kempton Carr Croft.

David has extensive experience in the commercial property sector, including management, disposals and acquisitions, valuations, as well as rent reviews and rating.

Rob joined the practice in September 2005 after completing an honours degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University.

Rob is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and specialises in professional work, commercial agency and LPA receiverships.

Peter has 12 years of experience having worked for practices in the City of London and the West End, prior to joining Kempton Carr Croft in 2007.

Peter has extensive experience in Contract Administration. He has worked on a variety of schemes for a broad range of clients, in particular dealing with repair and refurbishment projects, including fire, storm and flood damage reinstatement insurance works as well as new build developments.

Trina has been with Kempton Carr Croft for over 15 years, gaining considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property, including agency and management matters.

She has also extensive experience in Landlord and Tenant Matters including rent reviews and lease renewals, commercial and residential valuations.Trina now specialises in commercial property agency and residential land sales.

A member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.Ron has over 25 years of experience of advising clients in respect of professional matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and also in development and planning matters.

Ron has dealt with the disposal and acquisition of complex residential and commercial development sites within the Thames Valley.

Nathan joined the practice in 2007 after successfully completing a degree course in Property Development at Portsmouth University and having completed his APC is now a chartered surveyor.

Peter began his career with Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in the late 1960's and subsequently joined Donaldsons where he became a partner in the 1970's specialising in the field of valuation and acted mainly for City Merchant Banks advising on development schemes.

He left Donaldsons to establish his own practice in October 1977 based in London SW1. During the last 32 years his Practice has advised City Merchant Banks and a wide number of other lending institutions in the field of property valuation and development. He has also developed a widely diverse base of private clients and now joins Kempton Carr Croft as a consultant

Kayleigh Hillier joined the practice in September 2009 after completing a Masters degree in Property and Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University. She successfully completed her APC with Kempton Carr Croft and now works within the Property Management Department as a chartered surveyor, but also enjoys working alongside the Building Surveying and Valuation Departments.

Christopher began his professional career with Montagu Evans specialising in Rating appeals and. He was appointed an Associate Partner advising clients of the firm, particularly Merchant Banks and property developers. He subsequently became an Associate Partner at Vigers in the City where he continued to deal with valuation and professional work. In 1983 joined his brother Peter and the firm of Mead-Briggs Chartered Surveyors at Sloane Street London SW1.

His experience lies in the fields of commercial property purchase/disposal, leasing, management, planning and development, landlord and tenant work, compensation and compulsory purchase. He also advises on Rating Appeals. Christopher is a Member of the Rating Surveyors Association.

Dion has worked in the Thames valley area for over 30 years with local practices, particularly in Egham and Staines, and serving the North West Surrey and Heathrow areas.

He has had extensive involvement in commercial agency matters, and also undertakes a broad range of professional work including valuations, and rent reviews/lease renewals.
